Who is Coach Jaz?

As a Fitness Nutrition and Weight Loss Specialist I assist people in creating actionable tools to help reach one's desired fitness goals. Understanding the struggles of weight management is 

important, to helping others. I am not a stranger to this struggle, and have combined the knowledge gained from my experiences, in addition to fitness nutrition certifications from National Academy of Sports Medicine and the American Exercise Council to help people realize they have control over managing their health, weight, and recreating their lifestyle.
