What will the group be like?

People from all walks of life will come together at this retreat to support, have fun and grow. You will start the day as strangers, but leave with new friends, and an amazing support group.

How long is the Retreat?

It goes from 8am-5pm 

Do I have to bring food?

All your food and snacks will be provided.  You are welcome to bring your own food as well. 

Are kids allowed?

As much we I love kids, I have one of my own that I usually take everywhere. But this event is for you to focus on yourself.

What if I am really out of shape?

Then I would love to have you join us. Don’t worry we can adapt our workouts for you no matter your fitness level.

I feel like I am already in good shape, can I benefit from this?

Yes! Not only will you get a great workout. We will discuss methods to help grow your mental in moving you to the next step of your journey.
